MOTD - Stomach

Today you’re to feel into your stomach, get a sense of it. Does it feel tight or on edge?


Often people send all of their stresses and worries directly to their stomach. Once there, the stomach attempts to process and digest these worries – which it can NEVER do.

The stomach is not designed to ‘stomach’ your negative energies, it’s only designed to process your food. Don’t give it extra jobs.

So, feel aware of your body. Take a big deep breath, then release your stomach. Let it all hang out. Now breathe in and out and let all of the ‘stuff’ you’re holding onto gently roll out of your body and into the earth beneath you, to be dissolved.

MANTRA OF THE DAY: “Stomach: release the stress and anxiety I’ve fed you”
