Today’s message asks you to focus on your lungs, how they feel, how your breathing is going and whether or not you’re breathing shallowly.


The way you breathe says a lot about how you’re experiencing life. Whenever you take shallow breaths you’re probably having a reaction or relationship with something triggered by fear or anxiety.

However, when you breathe in deeply, you’ll notice you have less stress, less worry and will actually feel more elated. That’s because oxygen is a natural high.

Lungs reflect your capacity to breathe in the wonder of life. How is your breath?
