MOTD - LowSelfEsteem

Yesterday I mentioned that you may have been surprised at the actions of people you’ve known. Which often harms your image of self, which rules your self-esteem.

MESSAGE OF THE DAY: “LOW SELF-ESTEEM”

“How could those people treat me like that?” This takes it beyond how can that person act like that, into how could they treat you like that? Which is focused on your own worth and your own value.

Both of these things shouldn’t be interconnected with the actions of others. But we typically link them intrinsically.

How people act toward you doesn’t always reflect who you are and what you’re worth. In fact most actions have nothing to do with you. You may just be collateral damage.

MANTR OF THE DAY: “I will find my own worth, without focusing on others”
