It’s not going to be a surprise to let you know that you’re undergoing big emotional changes. Especially right now.


A great skill to foster is to be able to let your emotions occur but not overwhelm you. Meaning; they can exist and you can observe them but not let them own you.

Your emotions are a passing moment, they aren’t who you are. They are just a moment in time that you’re experiencing.

That means that if you can observe them, experience them and remain detached from them you’ll be able to ride them rather than having them ride you.

How you feel isn’t who you are.
