Your body changes constantly and changes in response to what you need to balance the emotional and spiritual load you’re carrying at any one time.

However, most people don’t take time to receive the feedback their body is giving them. This feedback is pertinent to their particular experience.

Today you’re asked to create a new dietary regime in alignment with your requirements. It doesn’t need to be elaborate if you aren’t experiencing health issues, but all people will benefit from a review.
